Complaints under the warranty should be submitted by e-mail to: contact@monikaskomra.com, providing the order number, information about the defect and a photo of the defective product. After recognizing the defect, you will receive a complaint form from me by e-mail, which must be completed and attached to the return shipment. The package should be sent to the following address:
