Return is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The product you want to return should be returned undamaged, in the original packaging, together with the proof of purchase and the completed and signed return form.

Return costs are borne by the customer. I do not accept COD shipments.

After the application has been positively considered, I make the refund for the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return. The form of refund will be the same as the form of payment made.

After a negative consideration of the return (e.g. due to damage to the product or sending it back after the statutory deadline), I will send information about not accepting the return of the product to the e-mail address provided in the order.

Within 7 working days, the product will be sent back to the indicated return address after the customer has paid the shipping costs to the bank account provided in the e-mail.
